Celebratory Dim Sum & A La Carte Creations for Dine-in & Takeaway

From 12 to 20 February 2021, are available for both dine-in and takeaways. Premium dim sum highlights include baked dried abalone puff with wild mushrooms and baked Wagyu beef puff pastries. Auspicious specialities are not to be missed for blessings of good luck, such as Yusheng Abalone (symbolising prosperity), braised dried oysters with black moss (representing good wealth and fortune), braised oxtail in sweet and sour sauce (representing luck) and pan-fried Hokkaido scallop with sea urchin in lobster sauce (expressing auspiciousness). 

 







Gourmet Takeaways 

A perfect home celebration is featuring hearty double-boiled soups, nourishing delicacies and dried seafood, available from 8 February to 12 March 2020. Prepared with premium ingredients in a perfect vacuum packing which can be easily reheated and served, the delicious festive offerings include braised whole Australian sea cucumber in oyster sauce, braised 14-head dried oysters and pig knuckles with black sea moss, double-boiled fish maw soup with conch and dendrobium orchid, as well as dried 30-head Yoshihama abalone. 



Signature Chinese New Year Puddings

Available from 4 to 10 February 2021 are made with premium Chinese red dates and a garnish of coconut milk, the Chinese New Year pudding with gold leaf and mashed red dates  is a nourishing treat packed with alluring aroma and the right amount of sweetness. The turnip pudding with dried tiger prawns highlights refined ingredients including locally-sourced preserved sausages, Japanese dried scallop and tiger prawn, creating a perfect symphony of umami flavours.






Gastronomic Gifts

A new series of enticing merchandise with exquisite packaging is also available as the perfect gift idea, including homemade Man Ho XO sauce, candied walnuts and seaweed cashews  as well as palmiers. Prepared with a secret recipe by the Executive Chinese Chef of Man Ho Chinese Restaurant, the gourmet XO sauce is freshly made with a plentiful of handpicked ingredients such as dried scallop, Chinese ham, dried shrimp roe, dried shrimp and so on, delivering a rich and unique flavour that honours local culinary culture.
