The team at Island Shangri-La is ready to ensure that guests surprise their loved one with a Valentine’s Day celebration like no other with the Diamonds Are Forever offer. For an ultimate surprise, a Piaget Rose diamond pendant necklace from celebrated jeweller Piaget awaits as a gift, while a candlelit, wine-paired dinner from Executive Chef Uwe Opocensky sets the scene in the Presidential Suite or Specialty Suite, beautifully decorated with myriad beautiful blooms. Specially prepared by Executive Chef Uwe Opocensky, the Gentleman’s Survival Kit is everything any guest would need for a romantic celebration. The fine dining takeaway kit includes all the ingredients needed to create a spectacular evening. The five-course menu crafted by Chef Uwe, featuring several signature dishes from Restaurant Petrus, is accompanied by a bottle of Champagne and a box of 24 indulgent chocolates. In addition, a bunch of red roses prepared by our floral team will also be included.

To celebrate the month of love, the team at Lobster Bar and Grill have concocted unique ‘his and her’ cocktails for guests to enjoy with loved ones. “Love Story” for her is a white chocolate infused whiskey with mescal, coconut infused rum, raspberry infused Mancino Rosso, beetroot juice, rosewater syrup and egg white, served in an elegant martini glass and garnished with rose petals. “Endless Love” for him is a more robust cocktail with rye whiskey, Cocchi Amaro, ruby port wine, Crème de Mure and orange and chocolate bitters. The cocktails are available from 1 – 14 February 2021 at the Lobster Bar and Grill at Island Shangri-La.
