Lan Kwai Fong Entertainments has a long history of restaurant ownership and management. Current restaurants include the heralded and beautifully decorated steakhouse Porterhouse whilst from extensive selection of Japanese cuisine comes our long-standing Hong Kong icons of Tokio Joe, Kyoto Joe, and Fumi. ciao chow and the heralded Aria round out the restaurant group.





Inspired by festive food traditions in Europe, Porterhouse provides a modern festive menu featuring the most signature dishes in Europe, including Quail Egg with beef rillette and caviar, Venison Loin with carrots puree, Truffle & Goose Liver Tortellini, one of the typical dishes from Italy. Diners could indulge in the culinary team delicious creation, including Braised Ox Tail Raviolo, Bone Marrow with beef rillette and caviar and Thousand Truffle Pancake from New Year Eve Menu. In addition to the festive menu and Porterhouse Festive Brunch Buffet covers seafood spread with oysters, crabs, lobster together with carvery offerings such as turkey and Wagyu D-Rump and Christmas desserts. White truffles take a central stage at ciao chow. Tantalising highlight from ciao chow white Christmas menu includes Pizza Sottobosco with a shower of white truffle, Tagliolini Al Tartufo with butter sauce and white truffle and Astice Gratinato with whole lobster gratin and winter black truffle. Executive Chef Andrea Zamboni brings the best of Italy to Hong Kong in his festive menus at Aria, with a mouth-watering array of specials celebrating seasonal winter ingredients alongside signature dishes such as his Ode to XLB, an homage to his favourite dim sum, the xiao long bao. White Truffle and the Lobster Zarda Risotto and Bagna Cauda offering guests a taste of the north to the south of Italy in one bite with risotto cooked in Zarda sauce (a spicy, garlic tomato sauce) served with a bit of Bagna-cauda Fondue (a popular Piedmont dipping sauce for vegetable crudites made from anchovies and garlic) which balances the whole dish. 







FUMI has prepared a traditional and contemporary Christmas and New Year feast. Delectable and seasonal food creation of 6-course Festive Menu include sashimi served with grilled Miyazaki beef A4 sirloin with Sukiyaki Style and Miyazaki Chicken Leg on Rice Bowl. Each dish is perfectly balanced with maximizing umami and highlighting the original flavors of each ingredient.
For festive gatherings Fumi’s buffet offers a holiday spirit with seasonal highlights. The daytime Festive Brunch Buffet includes Hokkaido King Crab Leg, Miyazaki BBQ and array of the freshest sashimi and sushi roll. We extend the family gathering this year to a Christmas and New Year’s Eve Dinner Buffet which in addition to offering the freshest of sashimi, will also feature Miyazaki BBQ, Hokkaido Sashimi Donburi and Baked Lobster with Sea Urchin Sauce.





Tokio Joe’s Christmas menu exemplifies traditional Japanese cuisine with an innovative twist created by Chef Wah who uniquely demonstrates a perfect balance of modern Japanese flavours for our guests with a superbly selected menu. The 6-course Christmas Menu includes Hokkaido BotanEbi, Hokkaido uni and Tokio Joe signature dish Kelp Grilled Seabass. The 8-course New Year’s Eve Menu features Hokkaido Horsehair crab, in-season Japanese oysters and Inariwa undo in lobster soup. Christmas Brunch includes sashimi, signature sushi roll, tempura and barbecued eel fillet with sweet soy sauce and rice. 
Newly revamped izakaya Kyoto Joe brings Japanese favourites with an LA twist, with festive sets and magnificent buffet spreads showcasing jet-fresh sushi and sashimi, made-to-order creative rolls, and signatures from the robatayaki grill featuring meats such as A4 Wagyu from Saga, pork from Miyazaki, hanamidori chicken from Kyushu, alongside special sake deals.
