Ying Jee Club

The two Michelin-starred Cantonese fine dining restaurant presents its exquisite and highly anticipated Mini Egg Custard Mooncakes. Handmade daily by renowned Executive Chef Siu Hin Chi and his culinary team, the beloved treats by Ying Jee Club convey a fine ode to tradition, using only ingredients of the highest standards and free of preservatives. The festive staples are presented in a set of six and housed in an elegant jewel-toned box embellished with chrysanthemum flowers, which traditionally express optimism, longevity, and joy. This thoughtful symbolism, coupled with Ying Jee Club’s decadent touch, make these Mini Egg Custard Mooncakes the most meaningful choice for showing one’s appreciation to friends, family, and associates.

Miss Lee
Miss Lee defies the perceptions of Chinese vegetarian cuisine. Combining meticulous cooking techniques, everyday natural ingredients and a dash of stylish playfulness, Miss Lee serves up a chic, modern Chinese plant-powered experience for vegans, vegetarians, flexitarians and anyone in between. Miss Lee also features a street-side takeaway counter for grab-and-go options during the day. Miss Lee debuts a collection of modern vegan mooncakes for those who crave a mid-autumn indulgence without the guilt. Eschewing animal products typically used in the making of mooncakes such as egg and lard, each set of Miss Lee Vegan Mooncakes comprises two flavours - Purple Sweet Potato and Ginger, as well as Hawthorn and Dark Plum – nestled in a delightfully whimsical box showcasing transition of lunar phases, offering a fresh, contemporary take on the time-honoured tradition.
Each set consists of four mooncakes with two pieces per flavour. Miss Lee’s Vegan Mooncakes are available for order till 1 October 2020, with reservations made at least 3 days prior to collection.
