Bliss Kitchen: a home cooking journey
I met her many years ago (how many??? Ten??? .....) for job (I'm a journalist and she was a five stars hotel PR) and suddenly we become friends. Year by year we shared suggestions and comments about food. I'm Italian, with a passion for food, and she is an honkongher with a strong passion for gourmet food (Italian, Chinese, Japanese, but all food is great experience!) as well.
Now, it's a great pleasure for me following her new culinary life. Yes, because she has embarked on her home-cooking journey, writing a cooking diary, where you can find every day an inspiration. Or some ideas to cook at home a new dish or discover a traditional recipe to follow step by step. And share thoughts with her.
