The all-day dining restaurant, JW Café, serves signature buffets for breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend afternoon tea, featuring a medley of jet-fresh seafood, cold cuts and salads, Asian specialities with premium Chinese ingredients, international culinary creations as well as tempting desserts.

Till 23 January 2020, JW Café will present a lavish dinner buffet with jet-fresh seafood sourced from around the world together with premium dried seafood. Ranging from Boston lobster, Canadian red crab, mud crab to the popular king crab legs (which are available from Friday to Sunday only), the prized-catches chilled on ice are all delightful for both your eyes and palate. 
Asian favourites are braised lobster and e-fu noodle with supreme sauce, braised sea cucumber on shrimp roe as well as braised supreme South African abalone and fish maw with Bailing mushrooms and broccoli. Do not miss out other gourmet stations, such as freshly handmade nigiri sushi and sashimi, freshly cooked noodles, salad and cold cut, as well as tantalising desserts to round out the experience.

An exquisite 6-course dinner at Man Ho Chinese Restaurant for two persons

Start off the night with Man Ho’s signature barbecued pork and crispy roasted suckling pig, then nourish your soul with the double-boiled abalone soup with chickpeas in coconut. Continue with the innovative dishes such as steamed egg with flathead lobster, dried fish roe and saffron as well as sweet and sour pork rib with shrimp mousse stuffed in flour stick.
