Italian treasure at Grissini to celebrate the Chinese new year of the rat
Are you ready to welcome 2020, the Year of the Rat? As the Lunar New Year is the most important time for families, Grand Hyatt Hong Kong is embracing this festive season with a dining inspirations at Grissini, and Lion Dance performances on 26 January, the second day of the Lunar New Year.
Almost every country and culture celebrates the New Year, and Grissini is no different. The new Chef de Cuisine Marcello Scognamiglio has decided to hold on to the traditional custom and bring the authentic treasures of his hometown to Grissini for guests to rediscover and enjoy the traditional flavours during New Year.
The signature grissini breadsticks are served during lunch and dinner accompanied by fragrant extra-virgin olive oil and house-blended balsamic glaze.
