The new concept is not just a Restaurant but a Shisha Lounge and Bar, now also serving lunch and brunch. With the new location just steps from the Mid-Levels escalator in the popular SoHo area of Central, Hong Kong, The Sultan’s Table opens on 3-5 Old Bailey Street a stone’s throw away from the newly opened, Tai Kwun, the historic Police Central Station.

Using only premium quality imported ingredients without the use of additives or preservatives, the menu stays true to its origins with authentic recipes presented with a contemporary twist in a stylish, yet relaxed environment that blends the best of the Mediterranean with the chicest of the West.





The new 56-seat restaurant is a juxtaposing contemporary and traditional design, featuring dark polished wood panelled walls on one side, and Turkish mosaic and stunning local artwork on the other. The use of the colours red, white and turquoise are seen throughout the venue.

“Food made with passion,” is the motto of the Chef’s at Sultans. Chef Isa Dereli from Denizli, Turkey, is an expert in charcoal grilled meat and seafood and has mastered the art of both Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine.

The menu at Sultan’s ranges from hearty dishes like the Adana Kebab to mezze’s and vegetarian options. Using no preservatives, MSG or additives, only the freshest of spices and ingredients are imported directly from Turkey, the menu includes cold and hot mezze’s, traditional burger and home made pides with Kasar cheese.
