Le French May: a Journey of Culture and Gastronomy through the South of France

To celebrate the legendary beauty and culinary culture of the south of France, DALLOYAU, the only maison de gastronomie serving the Palace of Versailles royal court since 1682, presents a special dinner menu to celebrate the Le French May Arts Festival throughout the month of May in the brand’s only bistro in Hong Kong (Pacific Place).

Honouring the culinary splendour of Le French GourMay, DALLOYAU has prepared an elegant menu with signature ingredients from this year’s highlighted region of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur in southeastern France. This four-course dinner menu is also available at Café ÉPURE in Harbour City

Provençal Garden Vegetable & Flower Salad
This elegantly simple dish uses the premium olive oil dressing to release a hint of citrus and kumquat flavours, providing a colourful starter to whet the appetite.

Chilled Courgette Soup
This healthy chilled soup is garnished with fresh cheese and crispy basil to provide an herbaceous, refreshing soup that is perfect for a hot day.

Roasted Duck Breast
This aromatic herb is used to make a beautiful lavender honey that takes this succulent roasted duck to new heights.

Or

Lobster with Coco de Paimpol Beans
The legendary French Coco de Paimpol bean is known for its developed flavour and creamy texture, which pairs perfectly with the unique sweetness of prized lobster meat.

Apricot Tarte Tatin
A beloved classic made from sweet, caramelised apricots on a bed of crispy, buttery golden pastry.
