You can choose a gorgeous semi-buffet featuring sumptuous seafood-on-ice including oysters, lobsters and crab legs, as well as Hugo’s signature hors d’oeuvres.
Pick your favourite from a range of made-to-order main courses such as roasted US rib of beef, US turkey roulade roll, grilled Welsh lamb rack, sous vide European halibut, as well as egg specialties such as pumpkin and black truffle omelette or egg benedict cardinal - a selection sure to satisfy every palate.
