This season try Roasted heirloom beetroot, endive, goats’ curd, pickled shallots, truffle honey, Rouget, lemon, fennel, sage, Confit and roasted crispy duck, cherries, chestnuts, celeriac, sherry consommé. For dessert, Grapefruit and orange granita, caramelized raspberries, yoghurt sorbet.
