At Kowloon Shangri -la Café Kool features Mother’s Day brunch and dinner buffets that include a host of family favourites and international fare. Special dim sum creations will also be available for lunch, including black mushrooms stuffed with shrimp paste and bird’s nest, steamed lobster dumplings with dried fungus and seasonal greens, crispy crab meat cake and steamed rice flour rolls with Angus beef. The lunch menu features traditional Cantonese dishes, such as braised bird’s nest with diced seafood in pumpkin broth and braised lobster with bird’s nest, egg white and seasonal greens, while the dinner menu will impress the most discerning diners with a range of bird’s nest delights.
